When we set out to design the Wolt offices, we started naturally with the couriers.
If one was to plot their routes, what shapes would they create in the urban space?
How can one connect the physical experience of door-to-door service to the virtual world?
The offices are located in a newly renovated building in Tel Aviv. The company’s pulsating heart is
the 24x7 support department. We wanted to place it in the center, with the other departments
around it.
The end result visualizes the experience by placing the various department across the space, spread
over 3 floors and 2,500 sqm. We used rounded shapes and transparent surfaces to connect the different department in a manner that resembles the connection Wolt creates between customers
and businesses.
